ClassiFind is a premium online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across multiple categories including jobs, real estate, vehicles, electronics, services, and fashion. We provide a secure and user-friendly platform for posting classified ads and discovering opportunities.

It's simple! Create a free account, browse listings in your area or category of interest, or post your own listing. Connect directly with buyers or sellers through our messaging system, and complete transactions safely.

Yes, ClassiFind is free to browse and create basic listings. We offer premium features and enhanced visibility options through our paid subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) for users who want additional benefits.

We offer six main categories: Jobs (executive positions and employment), Real Estate (properties for sale or rent), Vehicles (cars, bikes, and transportation), Electronics (devices and gadgets), Services (professional services), and Fashion (clothing and accessories).

Account & Profile

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your name, email address, and create a secure password. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account for faster registration.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.

We recommend having only one account per user to maintain platform integrity. However, if you need separate accounts for personal and business use, please contact our support team for guidance.

Log in to your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and select "Account Settings." From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, location, profile picture, and other preferences.

Go to Account Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find the "Delete Account" option. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your listings, messages, and data. You can also contact support for assistance.

Creating & Managing Listings

Click the "Post Ad" button, select your category, fill in the details (title, description, price, location), upload photos (up to 10 images), and review your listing before publishing. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

You can upload up to 10 high-quality photos per listing. Each image should be under 5MB and in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. We recommend using clear, well-lit photos that showcase your item from multiple angles.

Free listings remain active for 30 days. Premium listings can stay active for up to 90 days depending on your subscription plan. You can renew your listing at any time before it expires.

Yes! Go to "My Listings" in your account dashboard, find the listing you want to edit, and click the "Edit" button. You can update any information including title, description, price, photos, and availability.

Navigate to "My Listings," click on the listing you want to remove, and select "Delete Listing." Confirm your choice when prompted. Deleted listings cannot be recovered, so make sure before confirming.

A great listing includes a clear, descriptive title; detailed description with key features; high-quality photos from multiple angles; accurate pricing; specific location; honest condition assessment; and complete contact information.

Payments & Pricing

We offer three plans: Free (5 listings, 30-day duration), Basic ($9.99/month, 20 listings, 60 days), Standard ($29.99/month, 50 listings, 90 days, featured badge), and Premium ($49.99/month, unlimited listings, priority support, analytics).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No charges will be made for subsequent periods.

Go to Account Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You can reactivate at any time.

ClassiFind does not charge transaction fees for sales made through our platform. We only charge subscription fees for premium features. Any payment processing fees are determined by your chosen payment method.

Safety & Security

Yes, we take safety seriously. We use industry-standard encryption, verify user accounts, moderate listings, and provide safety tips. However, always exercise caution when meeting strangers and never share sensitive financial information.

On any listing page, click the "Report" button (flag icon), select the reason for reporting (spam, fraud, inappropriate content, etc.), provide additional details, and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Meet in public places, bring a friend if possible, inspect items before payment, use secure payment methods, trust your instincts, verify seller information, and never wire money or share banking details with strangers.
